As winter draws in, Oru joins forces with like-hearted, local, sustainable, indie florist, Flower Hamlet, to host a cosy, convivial workshop, where Creative Director Subhra will guide you through every joyful stage of lovingly crafting your own wreath for Christmas, Hanukkah, Jul or Kwanzaa. We start by applying nurturing, long-lasting English moss to your reusable brass base, then layer it with locally-sourced seasonal flowers, foliage, berries and dried fruits, culminating in a stunning, fragrant, celebratory arrangement you can hang in or outside, imparting the joys of the season to all who live in or visit your home. Tickets are £60 for a single participant; or add just an extra £10 if you want to make your wreath together with a partner, friend or child. For those who love to wassail, add £9 for Oru’s special mulled wine (or soft equivalent) and mince pie!
