As the sun dips low, your ticket includes a guided tasting of six beers, each paired with six small plates designed to complement the flavours - from spice and smoke to earthy mushrooms, tangy pickles, and slow-cooked curries, each one crafted to amplify what's in your glass. Whether you're a curious beginner or a full-on beer nerd, this rooftop tasting is your chance to explore how hops, malts, and yeast shape some of the most exciting brews out there. We'll sample six beers from The Kernel Brewery, spanning a variety of styles - from crisp, refreshing lagers perfectly suited to a warm July evening, to hop-forward pale ales and IPAs, a rich seasonal brew, a dark roasty porter, and a bright, tart saison. Each pour will be paired with small plates that highlight their character - smoky, spicy, citrusy, creamy, and everything in between. James will introduce the different styles, answer your questions, and share the stories behind the brews. Whether you want to know why bitterness cuts spice, how rye adds warmth, or simply enjoy a summer evening up on the roof with good company, this is the perfect setting. Join us for an evening of salsa on the Oru Rooftop! Whether you've never danced before or want to brush up on the basics, this session is the perfect way to get those hips moving like Shakira always wanted them to. We will guide you through the foundations of salsa, covering footwork and partnerwork in a relaxed, inclusive environment. No experience or partner needed. Scarlett makes it fun, approachable, and totally judgment-free. Then we throw open the floor for some social dancing and rooftop vibes. Stay and practice your moves or simply soak in the start of the lighter evenings! All bodies - all genders & ages welcome. There will be time to grab a drink from Trinco downstairs before heading up for the class, and time after to continue the evening and soak in the summer sun!

DJ Rob R is coming to Trinco Sutton for a Rooftop Summer Session unlike anything we’ve ever hosted before! Born in Jaffna, raised in London, and now playing across Sri Lanka, India, Singapore. Berlin, Prague and beyond, Rob R blends afro-house, tribal rhythms and South Asian electronic sounds into something deeply atmospheric, soulful and completely his own. For one night only, and his only London show this summer, the set will be embedded within our rooftop community garden, surrounded by plants, sunset skies and the energy of summer in the city with open-air global sounds and our exceptional Sri Lankan food from Trinco, this one already feels incredibly special ! The evening will also include an intimate in-conversation talk with Rob and our CEO Vibushan, reflecting on Sri Lanka, music, identity, culture and the journey behind it all. A relaxed, untutored life drawing session that offers the opportunity to draw from a nude live model in the welcoming environment of Oru Space. The session is split into two halves, with a short break in between. The first half focuses on shorter poses, followed by longer poses in the second half, giving participants the chance to explore gesture, proportion, and observational drawing at their own pace. The session is suitable for both beginners and more experienced artists looking to practise and develop their skills in a relaxed, respectful environment. Basic materials will be provided, and participants are also welcome to bring their own favourites.

Join Will from Calm Coffee Roastery for a relaxed, guided tasting workshop exploring the world of decaffeinated and naturally lower-caffeine coffees. Through tasting and comparison, we’ll explore both decaf and low caf coffees, helping you better understand how much caffeine is in your cup and how it affects you. Along the way, you’ll learn practical ways to moderate your caffeine intake to support better sleep and overall health, without giving up the enjoyment of great coffee. We’ll finish the session with a complimentary espresso martini! Any coffee drinker who wants to learn about caffeine moderation. 18+ Will is the founder of Calm Coffee Roastery. A former civil engineer, he brings a rare mix of scientific thinking, sensory focus, and hands-on experience to coffee education. His passion for specialty coffee began while living near Adelaide Central Market, eventually leading him to Monmouth Coffee in Bermondsey in 2018, where he worked across packing, delivery, as a barista in the cafes and later joined the roasting team. In 2024 he founded Calm Coffee Roastery to help caffeine conscious coffee lovers enjoy great coffee and moderate their caffeine intake.
