Lift your spirits and escape the January winter blues with a heart-warming, cozy evening of yoga, delicious food, and community connection. We’ll begin with a nurturing 75-minute yoga practice designed to warm the body and soothe the mind, followed by an exceptional dinner featuring delicious Sri Lankan cuisine from our friends at Trinco. Come alone or bring a friend, everyone is welcome. Please note: dinner will be a vegetarian buffet including a starter, a main course of dahl, one curry, rice and roti, plus your choice of beer, wine, or soft drink. Desserts and additional drinks are not included but can be purchased separately at the restaurant.
